I ♥ Promarkers Challenge 74 - Recipe

Challenge 74 at I ♥ Promarkers is a recipe - 1 ribbon, 2 backing papers and 2 buttons/brads or gems.

Our sponsor this week is Sassy Studio Designs with the prize being 4 digis of the winners choice.

For my card I've used a Mo Manning rubber stamp called 'Prince Edward Island' coloured with Promarkers. I've added 2 gold/yellow Dovecraft gems to her dress and die cut her with Nesties Labels 8. The 2 dps are Fancy Pants Beach Bum and Blonde Moments edged with Dried Marigold Distress Ink. The yellow ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons and has been threaded through the holes in a scalloped 6 x 6" white card by Hunkydory. The inside has been decorated similar to the outside.

I'm entering my card into these challenges:

I ♥ Promarkers Challenge 73 - CAS!

Sorry to be so late with my DT card this week, things have just been so chaotic. My daughter joined the RAF on Wednesday, and I went to see her signed in, and to look around the base. It was such an emotional day. I'm missing her like mad, even though we speak a lot on the phone. Things are going to be so tough over the next 9 weeks for her, and I just want to be there to hug her and tell her that everything will be alright.

Onto this week's I ♥ Promarkers challenge. It's CAS - clean and simple. Our sponsor is Joanna Sheen, and the prize is £10 to spend in her fab online shop. She's been on Create & Craft this weekend with some gorgeous new stamps. I love the Haberdashery set and a couple of the Christmas flower stamps.

For my card this week, I've stamped a flower image by Kanban straight onto a white 6 x 6" card. The flowers have been coloured with Promarkers, then I've added a Martha Stewart lilac gingham bow. Sorry, I can't remember where the sentiment stamp came from, but it was also stamped straight onto the card. CAS is a style that I love if done well, and I'd really like to learn to improve in this area. I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with for the challenge.

I'm entering my card into these challenges:

OSAAT Challenge 70 - Anything Goes
Crafty Ann's Challenge 44 - Thinking of you
Charisma Cardz Challenge 27 - All about flowers
